Technical Details

Breaker type VS12 is a 3 phase outdoor, porcelain clad vaccum circuit breaker. It is designed to have provision for double trip and series trip coil. The standard breaker is provided with 8NO+8NC auxiliary contacts (additional contacts can e provided as required).

The breaker is routine tested for soundness of execution by applying 200 open/trip operation which is over and above the IS 13118 specifications. The VCB is rated for a maximum current, voltage and breaking capacity of 1600A, 11kV and 26.3kA respectively. Easy maintenance and high reliability adds advantage to this VCB.

Breaker type VS36 is an outdoor, 33kV, porcelain clad vacuum circuit breaker. The standard breaker is provided with 8NO+8NC auxiliary contacts(additional contacts can be provided as required). For the manual close/open breaker operations Push buttons are provided. The Pole units comprising vacuum interrupter and other insulating rods are filled with Nitrogen at 0.5 kg, pressure to prevent surface tracking. Easy installation and high reliability adds advantage to this breaker. The breakers are designed having provisions for double trip coil and series trip coil arrangement.
